Lenenergo - performance improvement
Branan developed an operational performance improvement plan for Lenenergo, following reorganisation of the company. The project involved:
- diagnostics of the company’s financial, operating and marketing activities in order to identify priority areas for performance improvement;
- developing action plans for improvement in priority areas, and
integration of the plans prepared in the second stage into a consolidated performance improvement programme, and design of implementation monitoring system, including key performance indicators.
