Advising Krzhizhanovsky Power Engineering Institute (ENIN) on R&D projects commercialisation and technologies promotion
On basis technical, technological, and financial feasibility study of ENIN R&D projects Branan has provided Institute management with a detailed assessment report and a technology commercialisation guideline. The project also comprised a prospective market potential evaluation study of ENIN technologies being at fundamental research stage. Branan has reviewed the portfolio of ENIN’s technologies and products and selected a range of promising projects to help the Institute address investors. The team has developed detailed business plans and investment proposals for such projects as multiple-core high-temperature superconducting wires production, energy-conserving catalytic water-heating boilers production, mains transformer with nanocrystal magnetic core production, solar and geothermal power plants development. Branan is now the main ENIN partner and advisor on issues in fund raising, investment projects promotion, and also is the primary provider of transaction services and corporate finance consulting services. Branan also elaborated a number of recommendations on Institute’s internal processes of marketable ideas assessment, R&D projects commercialisation, and protection of intellectual property.
