Support to the corporate restructuring and development of business unit strategy, Sukhoi Civil Aircrafts

Branan main tasks were to develop an organisational strategy of the Company, to design a detailed scheme of organisational structure with regard to existing corporate and financial relations, and to develop necessary by-laws for the new management system implementation. Branan also developed the principles of joint management of SCAC by the owners: Sukhoi (Russia) and Alenia (Italy) and developed the strategy of Superjet-100 after-sales services.
